I caught up with the Ranger in Subic Bay in 1970.My previous duty station was
the Kitty Hawk and EM A 'school. I was an EM3 in the power shop and took her all
the way to Hunters Point Nav.Ship yards until her shakedown cruise. I was
discharged 3 days early so they wouldn't have to fly me off.
