Somewhere ahead of Ranger, a broiling, frothing sea attracts the attention 
of a lookout. Neptunus Rex is spotted, a helicopter is dispatched, and the 
        brine-covered Ruler boards Ranger. Captain William E. Lemos renders honors 
  and the King settles down with his Queen and court to await the Pollywogs.
